By ordering from Khaas Tiffin, you agree to the following terms.
Service description
Khaas Tiffin provides halal, home-cooked, corporate lunch delivery services across designated areas of Lahore — Gulberg, DHA, Cavalry Ground, and Walton Cantt. Standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Orders and confirmation
Weekly orders must be confirmed by 5:00 PM Friday for the following work week. Same-day orders are subject to availability. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and displayed inclusive of delivery within our service area.
Cancellations and skips
You may skip an individual meal by notifying us on WhatsApp no later than 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery. Same-day cancellations after 9:00 AM will be charged in full, as the food has already been prepared.
Payment terms
Corporate accounts settle on a weekly or monthly cycle. Payment methods accepted: cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer. Late payments beyond 15 days may result in delivery suspension until resolved.
Food quality and allergens
All meals are prepared fresh daily in our halal-certified kitchen. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, and mustard — cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery reliability
We aim for 100% on-time delivery. In the rare event of a delay beyond 30 minutes from your slot, we will inform you immediately. Delayed or missed deliveries are refunded or replaced at the customer's discretion.
Refunds
Quality-related refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. Genuine complaints are refunded in full or credited toward future orders.
Termination
Either party may end the ongoing arrangement at any time with one week's notice. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
