Punjabi Curry Pakora is our yogurt-based golden curry (kadhi) with soft, hand-fried besan pakoras dropped in until they soak up every drop of masala. Finished with a smoky red chilli and curry leaf tarka. Vegetarian, halal, and a beautiful change from daal on veg days.
